Midtown Endoscopy & Ambulatory Surgery Center, a brand new state of the art and modern

surgical center located in midtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced director of nursing

to lead our outstanding team. Our outpatient center focuses on premier high quality

gastroenterology and endoscopy care for its patients and focuses on the patient experience.

This position will report to the Director of Operations and will oversee a team of nurses, medical

assistants, administrative staff members as well as collaborating with our gastroenterologists

and anesthesiologists.

The Director of Nursing role includes:

● Managing all center staff including scheduling, hiring and training

● Assisting with development of policies and recommendations for process improvement

● Monitor infectious control and risk management

● Maintenance of JCAHO and Department of health accreditation to ensure safety and

compliance with regulatory standards

● Work in tandem with the Director of Operations for workflow optimization, inventory and

special projects

● Fostering an efficient, collaborative and respectful work environment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s level degree required

Licensed as Registered Nurse in New York

3 + years of leadership experience in an endoscopy or ambulatory surgery center

Compensation/benefits:

● Competitive Salary depending on experience from 130K-150K with potential for growth
