A high end medical office is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist/Executive Assistant to the CEO, responsible for supporting the CEO and management team in administrative, operational, and strategic endeavors. This role encompasses the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, collaborating closely with the organization to drive strategic initiatives. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources landscape through strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Operations for the practice.

Responsibilities include:

● This role encompasses the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, collaborating closely with the organization to drive strategic initiatives

● As the HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources landscape through strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation

● Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization

● Oversee the management of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring employee compensation and welfare are well-catered to

● Leverage your expertise to provide training to both managers and employees, ensuring continuous development across the board

● Apply your critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulations

● Participates in on-going training/development/monitoring of staff by the office

● Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns, maintaining a harmonious work environment

● responsible for supporting the CEO and management team in administrative, operational, and strategic endeavors while also leading various HR functions

● In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO while also leading various HR functions

● Ensures New Provider Credentialing and Re-credentialing is completed in accordance with accreditation standards and policies

● Assists with preparing quarterly reports for health plan submission

● You will handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands

● Other duties as assigned


Job requirements

Required Qualities and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

● 4 +years' experience in Human Resources, showcasing progressive responsibility
